We invite all members of the healthcare community — practitioners, activists, researchers, educators, administrators, students, and learners at all levels — to join us for two days of conversation, learning, and skill-building.

All presenters are required to register for the conference. Fees are listed below in US dollars.

Daily Rates
Day One (half day):
October 11 - $100
Includes RLConvening Prelude, Welcome Reception.

Day Two (full day): October 12 - $200
Includes All-community Conversation (Keynote), a collection of Learning Exchanges and workshops, and the day concludes with dinner and workshop experience.

Day Three (full day): October 13 - $200
Includes All-community Conversation (Keynote) and a collection of Learning Exchanges and workshops.

To promote an inclusive and accessible experience for all, Intend Health Strategies has determined the lowest possible registration fee to sustain Intend Health programming and regret that we are unable to waive registration fees for our Leadership Pathway participants.

* A limited number of partial and full conference scholarships may be available for student registrants. More information to come.

Cancellation Policy
A refund, minus a $75 administration fee, will be issued for cancellations received via email to the conference planning committee at on or before September 8, 2023. No refunds will be issued after September 8, 2023.

As an alternative to cancellation, substitution of registrations is permitted in writing until Wednesday October 4, 2023 by contacting Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution, as well as updating any contact information. Exceptions to the transfer policy will be made for registrants who provide proof of a positive COVID-19 test taken within 14 days of the event.
