Katie Gradick: My Transformation in RLI
Katie Gradick participated in the inaugural Relational Leadership Initiative (RLI) cohort at the University of Utah in 2019. As she's continued her career as a Pediatric Hospice and Palliative Medicine fellow, she's stayed involved in the RLI community — most recently, reigniting a conversation locally about understanding one's social identity, racism, and injustice.
