A Look Inside The Relational Leadership Institute
Co-created by PCP and Oregon Health and Sciences University (OHSU) in 2017, RLI is a three-month intensive program designed to help healthcare teams fix problems, build community, and thrive by applying new strategies that build a different kind of leader. Grounded in PCP’s Relational Leadership™ framework, each cohort receives hands-on training with real-life application, coaching support, and technical resources to develop a timely set of leadership skills to impact healthcare and health. The interprofessional, cross-generational, and multidisciplinary learning collaborative creates a dynamic space of mutual learning, connection, and professional growth.
