This one-hour workshop will be delivered online on October 18 from 12 to 1 pm ET.
Who Should Attend
This workshop is for anyone engaged in direct patient care in primary care settings. Physicians, nursing professionals, PAs, pharmacists, social workers, and other allied health professionals who are interested in improving collaboration on multidisciplinary teams are welcome to attend.
