This one-hour workshop will be delivered online on December 7, from 3 to 4 pm ET.
Who Should Attend
This workshop is for anyone engaged in direct patient care in primary care settings. Physicians, nursing professionals, PAs, pharmacists, social workers, and other allied health professionals who are interested in learning tools, strategies, and frameworks for authentic, efficient, collaborative decision making are encouraged to attend.
